WS-RD A11Y-2 deployment included an inadvertent token-recompile pass that briefly bloated the bundle. Rolled back in 7 min, recompiled tokens deployed 5 min after. No data loss. Resolved.

WhatsApp Business API · 30-min degraded delivery

Meta-side incident on the WA Cloud API. Inbound messages delayed by 2–8 minutes for ~32 min. No portal impact; replies caught up after Meta's status reverted to operational. Upstream · resolved.

Circuit breaker tripped on Anthropic primary region

Core agent failed over to secondary region within 12 s. Customer-facing reply latency p95 climbed to 2.7 s for ~9 min during failover; no failed replies. Resolved.
